QA Tester

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Develop tailored test strategies and define requirements for both functional and non-functional testing.
  • Perform manual and automated tests, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
  • Manage and lead test teams effectively.
  • Identify, document, and track defects while providing comprehensive reports on software quality.
  • Advise clients on best practices and tools, assisting in the selection and implementation of testing frameworks.
  • Ensure continuous software testing and seamless integration with development processes.
  • Review and enhance testing processes, implementing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide training on testing tools and techniques.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in automation frameworks, scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript), and SQL.
  • Ability to identify edge cases and potential issues in software.
  • Precision in executing and documenting tests.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Clear reporting of defects and test results.

Qualification Required

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline

Experience Required

4-5 Years

Salary:

£38,700 (Per Annum)
